Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it will be considered "dispatched" and on its way to you.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location. Here are our estimated shipping times by region:

If our system detects an issue, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly. While we work hard to ship promptly, some delays are out of our hands—such as:

Although we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been shipped, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. We recommend also filing a police report for stolen deliveries.
