Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@teraground.com.
To help us process your request quickly, include your Order Number, or the name and email used during checkout.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
Email hello@teraground.com with your order details and a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Please note:

Damage to packaging (e.g. dented box) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition

We do not accept returns for products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we can’t control issues caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unexpected delays.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’re happy to help guide you through the claims process with the carrier if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we can’t guarantee a resend or refund.
